1: Information gathering and pre-design brief
The small details make all the difference. Our pre-design briefing is the start of your journey with Bisset and Steedman, allowing us to gather the necessary information and intricacies that make your kitchen project unique.
Either in our showroom or at your home, our designers will get to know you, and your aspirations for the design, engaging in a conversation that allows them to cover requirements such as appliances, lighting, worktops, furniture, colour and accessories. Ensuring that we have all the information to start your project on the best foot.
Our designers will now begin to process the information we have gathered from the initial brief, using experience and creativity to design a proposal that effectively captures your vision for the kitchen.
We can sent your proposal over by email or we can invite You into our studio to look at them together. Using computer generated software we present your drawings in full colour that captures the essence of your kitchen, allowing you to get a good feel for the possibilities.
We like to get your feedback on the initial design, allowing us to make the necessary adjustments to your taste, after which we can send over outline costs for you to review. Remember this is your kitchen, so everything is adaptable at this stage.
3: Project Management
Once the details have been agreed, it’s now time to make your kitchen dreams a reality.
At Bisset and Steedman we believe in giving you an outstanding service and to make this possible our Project Managers are here for you every step of the way to take the stress out of your installation. They are there to guarantee the smooth running of your install making sure everything is there, down to the last screw. Our experienced Project Managers will work with all parties involved, to ensure your project runs smoothly and without fuss.
Aftercare matters to us – a post installation check will be completed going over all aspects of the work and making sure you are entirely satisfied with your new kitchen. It’s all part of the service our customers have come to expect.
We’re getting close to completion now. On the agreed installation date, our installation team will arrive ready for work. Our Project Manager will be in communication with you to ensure everything is to your satisfaction.
Our installation teams produce high quality workmanship and great customer care, ensuring that your installation is as seamless as your design process. What’s most important is our commitment to communication and should anything not be as expected we encourage an open dialogue and a proactive attitude to resolution giving you the confidence to trust that we always get the job done. We take pride in our work and always treat your kitchen as if it was our own.
